In making images available through our website, Morrab Gardens acts in good faith, responsibly and with consideration for owner’s rights. We attempt to identify the source of any image we use and seek permission from copyright holders, where appropriate. We use a WordPress plugin Image Source Control to ensure we acknowledge or credit the sources of our images at both page/post level as well as via this dedicated Image Sources page on our website.

If you believe that you are a rights holder of material found on our website and have not given permission or that we have not followed your conditions of use, and the material is not covered by a limitation or exception in UK law, please contact us stating:

  • Your contact details, including an email address
  • The full details of the image
  • The full link on the website where you found the image
  • If the request relates to copyright, proof that you are the rights holder or are an authorised representative
  • The reason for your request

We can then take the appropriate action, either correctly crediting your ownership or removing the material entirely to ensure our image sources are correct.
